Working Principle of Sponge Iron Briquette Machine

Sponge iron briquette machine has similar working principle with high pressure ball press machine. Through the pre-pressing device, the sponge iron materials are eliminated with gas and compressed and forced into the space between the two rollers that are rotating with the same speed and at the opposite direction inside the briquette machine, and then the sponge iron materials will be pelleted. With the continuous rotation of the pressing rollers of the sponge iron ball machine, the sponge iron balls will fall off under the surface tension and gravity.
